All measurements are of the final parts, nothing added for seams.

 

Webbing, Hook&Loop, Zipper

Hook&Loop (1" wide): 9" + 10" = 19"
Hook (1" wide): 2x9.5" + 2x3.5" = 26" + 19" = 45"
Loop (1" wide): 2x5" + 2* 14" = 38" + 19" = 57"
Webbing (1.5" wide): 63"
Webbing (2.5" wide): 3" + 2x18" = 39"
Zipper: 205"

Layout (here as DXF):

Part A (kingpost top)

Padded bag, one side open. Needs two 6"x8.5" pieces (add for seams).

Part B (hang loop)

Padded with hook&loop

Part C (A-frame vertex)

Part D (keel)

Not padded, just a sack

 

Part E (battens)

Part F (long packsack)

The blue part is 205" long (the was a note on the fabric to make it 15cm longer). The red part is 7-8" long, not 14" as in the drawing.
